guide need root how to use fingerprint button as home back and recents button

guide need root how to use fingerprint button as home back and recents button

If you want to use the fingerprint sensor as capacitive button and remove the on screen buttons, here are how to do it. TESTED ON XT 1640 (BRAZIL VERSION)

First you need to root and install TWRP recovery. take a look on the other threads for it.

Install the EX Kernel from here (http://ift.tt/2amOJoY) [ READ THIS THREAD FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT COMPATIBILITY]

If everything works fine, this kernel makes you fingerprint work as home button, but to have others functions, intall this app ( http://ift.tt/2ajxHJ1)

Now you can remapp as your wish.

TO REMOVE THE ON SCREEN BUTTONS:

Use any build.prop editor and just add this line ( qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 )

post your screenshots if you enjoy it.

thanks to flar2 for the kernel and app.

How to set up a 5 1 home theater system with Sonos for Android

How to set up a 5 1 home theater system with Sonos for Android

Get BIG home theater sound with Sonos!

Sonos speakers are smart. "How smart?" you ask.

So smart that, when you combine a Sonos Playbar, Sub, and either two Play:1s, two Play:3s, or two Play:5s (gen 2), you can turn all the individual components into a bumpin home theater system!

Note: Your rear surround speakers must both be the same model or this just wont work.

There are a couple different ways to do this, especially if you have an existing system that youre adding to. Were going to show you the easiest way to set this up. Here we go!

How to set up a 5.1 surround home theater system with Sonos for Android

To make life easier, youre going to want to factory reset all of the speakers that you have set up already.

Once thats done were going to start by setting up the Playbar, which will prompt the setup of the rest of your home theater system.

  1. Launch the Sonos Controller app from your Home screen or from the app drawer.

  56. Enter your zip/postal code.
  57. Tap Next.
  58. Check or uncheck the checkbox, depending on whether or not youd like to send usage data to Sonos.

  59. Tap Next.
  60. Tap Next on the "Registration Complete** screen.
  61. Tap Set Up Music Services if you wish to set up a music service. Otherwise, tap Skip to Sonos Menu.

It was a long road, but we got there! Now you can enjoy immersive 5.1 surround sound thanks to Sonos!

Help! Briefing Covers Home AT T S7 Edge

Help! Briefing Covers Home AT T S7 Edge

I recently rooted my phone using Is in and had my own set of issues with that but am now unrooted to the best of my knowledge. However I am still running custom Rom from the root. Everything seems to work perfectly except for Samsung Pay which I tried to fix by flashing all new stock rom through Odin to no avail, but that isnt my problem. I noticed when moving apps around on my screen that the whole screen woukd go blank and Id just be holding the app guessing where to put it. When trying to edit widgets there was no home screen, except for briefing, which hadnt been working. After turning briefing on and creating a new home page simply because I didnt want to deal with it and couldnt find help, I couldnt place any widgets due to the fact that they are on this phantom briefing home page already. When changing the grid for apps within the page settings, I can see the apps on the "briefing" page but that is the only way that I can see it all. If possible Id like to wipe the widgets or something of the sort if there is no way to fix my pages. Please help me if you have any advice. I just want my phone working again.

I have imgur links for the screenshots but cant post them because this is my first post.
