A New Google Logo
A New Google Logo
Googles homepage has a clever animation that announces a new Google logo. "These days, people interact with Google products across many different platforms, apps and devices sometimes all in a single day. (...) Today were introducing a new logo and identity family that reflects this reality and shows you when the Google magic is working for you, even on the tiniest screens," informs Google.

Googles app launcher already has new icons for Google Search, Google Maps, Google Translate, Google News and Google+:

The new icons are better suited for small screens and manage to convey the Google identity using colors and playful cues. Googles logo hasnt changed a lot since 1998: its still simple, colorful, playful and unintimidating.

How to remove the Prisma logo watermark from your photos
How to remove the Prisma logo watermark from your photos
A simple settings change can remove the unsightly logo from your pics.
With the unique photo-filtering app Prisma now available on Android, its worth underscoring one of the most important settings changes you can make. By default, Prisma adds its own logo to every image you share from the app. But its easy to disable this watermark from within the apps settings.
- First, make sure youre at Prismas top-level menu to get here you might need to hit the "back" key a few times.
- Once youre there, hit the settings button (the cog icon) to load the settings page.
- Uncheck the "Add watermark" setting.
- Press the "back" key again to return to where you were before.
With the watermark option disabled, your photos will no longer show the Prisma logo in the bottom right corner. Hurrah!
