Yuzi download

Failed at downgrading before I knew it I was bricked so went ahead and used the Qualcomm method got it to show up in device manager. As I was setting everything up the battery fell out, now my device wont vibrate or boot for that matter. Beforehand it only vibrated when connecting a usb to it, Any tips bring it back to life?
(I heard you can boot the os from an SD card but I dont have the .img file for my device.)
