Hard Reset/ Factory reset all data will be lost. dont forget backup your all impotent data. For hard reset battery charge need 70% up 1. Turn Off your Device First 2. Press and hold Volume up + Volume down Then press the End/Power Button. When you will see this message on screen 3. Press the volume up button to perform hard reset. if you want to cencel the hard reset press any button Done
